By accessing and using babbworks.com and its sub-directories (including Newsgeist, Prompt Compiler, and OKGS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease use of the site immediately.
2. Description of Services
Babbworks provides a suite of digital tools, including AI-driven news aggregation, prompt engineering templates, and local data aggregation. These services are provided “as-is” for informational and productivity purposes.
3. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All content, code, logos, and proprietary tools are the property of Babbworks.

Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the output of our tools. This does not include the right to redistribute the underlying code or the “master prompt” structures found within the Prompt Compiler.

User Output: You retain ownership of any specific content you generate using our tools, but you grant Babbworks a license to process that data to provide the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:

Use any robot, spider, or automated device to monitor or copy the web pages or the content contained herein without prior written permission.

Use the “Newsgeist” or “OKGS” data for the purpose of building a competing aggregation service.

Attempt to “crack” or reveal the specific system instructions/personas embedded within the Prompt Compiler.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Babbworks makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content or the availability of third-party data (e.g., garage sale listings). Information provided by Newsgeist is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Babbworks or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Intellectual Property and Reverse Engineering Restricted. > All logic, algorithms, rhetoric filters, and XML-based persona instructions (the “Proprietary Logic”) powering the Tools on babbworks.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Babbworks. Users are expressly prohibited from: (i) attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or otherwise extract the source code or underlying instructional logic of the Tools; (ii) using automated systems or “scraping” software to extract data or templates for commercial redistribution; and (iii) bypassing any technical measures implemented to prevent unauthorized access to the Proprietary Logic. Any derivative work created by attempting to replicate these proprietary instruction sets constitutes a direct infringement of our intellectual property rights.
